International Mother Language Day is coming up on February 21!
This annual global event was founded to promote and celebrate linguistic and cultural diversity around the world. To celebrate this day we are inviting everyone to share a favourite word or phrase in your language on social media on February 21.

B.C. is home to over half of all of Canada’a Indigenous languages. Let’s share the languages of B.C. and those from around the world to celebrate the beautiful diversity of Indigenous languages.
