Language Vitality Application Deadline

The FPCC Language Vitality Program supports the revitalization of B.C. First Nations languages by providing advocacy, funding, training and resources for community-led projects focused on creating new fluent speakers.
Funding is available for B.C. First Nations communities and organizations to support the revitalization of the 36 First Nations languages in British Columbia.
Four funding categories are available: Rise, Roots, Grow and Flourish.
- Flourish Funding – up to $600,000 per year for up to 3 years
- Rise Funding – up to $75,000
- Roots Funding – up to $150,000 per year for up to 2 years
- Grow Funding – up to $300,000 per year for up to 2 years
