B.C. Language Initiative

BCLI funding is now available through the Pathways to Language Vitality Program.

The B.C. Language Initiative (BCLI) provides funding to projects that revitalize B.C. First Nations languages.  Indigenous organizations can use the BCLI grant to support a variety of initiatives including developing materials, immersion programming, planning, community collaboration and more! First Nations communities and organizations are eligible to submit proposals.

This program receives funding from the First Peoples’ Cultural Foundation and the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation.
