New FPCC Grant Portal 2.0

Over the next couple of months, we are transitioning to a new, improved FPCC grant portal, and we want to make this change as easy as possible for you!

This web page briefly introduces our new Grant Portal 2.0 to support new and existing grant applicants.

Your access to funding and grant information is important to us. We are upgrading the Grant Portal to respond to feedback and improve the system.

We’re rolling out the Grant Portal 2.0 in a phased approach to support a smooth transition. This page will be updated over the next several weeks, so please bookmark it and stay tuned for updates.

What is FPCC’s Grant Portal 2.0?

Over the last few months, we have been working hard to implement changes that meet your needs.

We are excited to introduce FPCC’s Grant Portal 2.0 which has a refreshed look and layout, making it faster and easier to use. It also has enhanced security features which will protect your personal data and offer improved use for remote communities.

Currently, Grant Portal 2.0 only includes the recently launched Language Program and Youth Empowered Speakers (YES) applications.

If you are a new grant applicant interested in applying to our language program, please click here to create a new Grant Portal 2.0 account and start your application. Please see below for some resources on how to get started.

If you are already an FPCC grant portal user, no action is needed now.

When we are ready, we will be following up with current portal users via the old grant portal with more information about setting up your new Grant Portal 2.0 account. Before we transition away from the old grant portal, all your data will be transferred to the new Grant Portal 2.0 including all earlier FPCC grant applications. We will be in touch with more information as this work is completed. For current and past grant recipients, you may access the original portal here.

We are committed to working with you to ensure that this transition period does not impact your projects or grant applications.

Information for existing grant portal users

Existing FPCC grant applicants who no longer have access to the email address they used to set up or log in to that account

If you have an old grant portal account but you have a new email address, please login to the old portal and change the email address associated with your account. This will allow you to activate your new Grant Portal 2.0 account using the new updated email address.

Existing grant applicants who want to set up their new Grant Portal 2.0 account with a new email address

If you want to use a different primary email address in the new grant portal, please make sure you first activate your new Grant Portal 2.0 account with the same email address that you used on the old grant portal. This will ensure that all your previous grant applications and data are transferred into Grant Portal 2.0. Once you have activated your Grant Portal 2.0 account and have access to your Grant Portal 2.0 data, then you can change your primary email address at that time.

Existing grant portal users who are applying for a new language grant

Moving forward, all grant applications will now be submitted using the new Grant Portal 2.0. To start a new application, you will need to activate your Grant Portal 2.0 account.

Finding your previous grant application on the new Grant Portal 2.0 account

No action is needed at this time. When you are ready to activate your Grant Portal 2.0 account use the same email address you used to access the old grant portal. This is important to ensure you can access all the data from your old account in the new grant portal.
